Having the opportunity once again to help a past client, and forever friend's, parents as they were making the move from California to get closer to the kids/grandkids, was such an honor.

During these blessed events, I feel like I just get to grow my family with people I want in my family. When Scott and Karen decided to sell their home and make the move...

Their son Sean sent them my way.

Not only are Sean and Yuri good friends, but they are also clients ...(Hey, that sounds like a hair for men commercial ). But when someone sends their PARENTS to me for help.... I am on my very best behavior!

Since they were IN California and looking virtually... (not always easy), I went to homes they were interested in and FaceTime with them as we walked through, with Sean when he was available.

I can't even express how much I love being able to help first time home buyers realize their dream of home ownership. It fills my heart and gives me such a feeling of purpose.

I am a mom and in a past career, I was a teacher-- the similarities in being able to help, to teach and to love on new buyers feels the same for me as when a student has that lightbulb "ah-ha" moment, or when my son learned a new board sport, .....

... especially when it did NOT lead to a trip to the ER Oy Vey-- where are my #momofboys?

So while I have my "Luxury" certification and my 1031 Real Estate Investors endorsement, what gives me the most joy.... is working with first time buyers.
