to use real estate services to help support important heart work
The way it works is simple: If someone refers real estate specialist Suzzy Wilder-Poe to a new client, and it results in a home purchase or sale, then 10% of her compensation will be donated to a local non-profit of their choosing straight from the brokerage upon closing.
The Suzzy Realtor team will do MORE than just make financial donations; the marketing team will also help spread the word about upcoming events and the amazing work those organizations are doing by providing additional marketing tools and social media content shares and shout outs.
